Heya,

During more than 2 years, I had the privilege of working as Head of Modeling at LifeForm.
Lifeform's vision is to make it possible to bring the next billion users to join the web3 revolution.

I had to ensure all delivered pieces maintained the group’s rigorous technical standards and assisted with the creative vision by directing the artists' work, technical skills, organization and communication.
I had to manage the team and assign tasks/bids.
I was still close to the lead, keeping the discussion open to improve our workflow.

I brought my modeling skills to teach them if it was needed at some point. Helped the team solve the modeling issues according to the project constraints.
